Preventing bullying in the school environment

A practical one-day seminar for teachers, school administration, social educators, school psychologists, and other staff who work with pupils and class groups. The seminar covers topics such as:

What is peer violence or bullying? Why does it occur?

The most common myths and truths about bullying.

The role of the school and working with the child. Situation analysis.

Preventive methods and cooperation to reduce bullying.

You will be able to learn about these and other issues during the seminar, as well as gain practical skills in working with children in dealing with bullying situations. At the end of the seminar, each participant will receive a handbook Practical Activities to Reduce Bullying at School.

The training programme as a professional qualification (A) programme for educators has been coordinated with the decision No RIIMC-14-167 of the Education and Information Services of Riga City (RIIMC)

At the end of the seminar, each participant receives a certificate and the handbook Practical Activities to Reduce Bullying at School.

Duration of the seminar: 8 academic hours

Cost:  online seminar in Zoom for one school collective 456 euros
